the location was GREAT next to the metro station. it made getting around so easy. the staff were friendly and helpful i really appreciated their attentiveness. the room i had was spacious and clean i found it very comfortable.
the pool area was quite small it GOT crowded easily. the breakfast options were limited it felt repetitive after a few days. SOMETIMES the room service was slow in responding to requests.

I found the proximity to the metro convenient for getting around. The staff was also very helpful and always ready to assist with directions or any questions I had. I appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a full apartment (it had all the needed kitchen tools). The view from my room was great.
The bathroom design could be improved. Without a shower tray, the entire room got wet after showering. It was inconvenient to wait for the floor to dry before using the facilities again.

My room included a small, well-equipped kitchen with all necessary tools for cooking. There was also a washing machine. The bed featured an comfortable mattress, alongside a good selection of pillows.
