My stay at Citadines Metro Central Dubai had its highs and lows. The really good cleanliness and friendly staff stood out, but I did encounter some service hiccups. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, especially for the location and amenities offered.

The cleanliness was impressive, thanks in large part to my wonderful housekeeper, Mamita. However, the dining experience fell short, especially regarding the outsourced breakfast, which didn't meet my expectations.
