My stay at Citadines Metro Central Dubai had its highs and lows. The really good cleanliness and friendly staff stood out, but I did encounter some service hiccups. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, especially for the location and amenities offered.

I stayed in a Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment which was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. However, I did notice some small inconsistencies, like the need for better curtains to block out the sunlight. Overall, the room exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort.

Most staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciated the room upgrade, but there were moments when the service felt a bit aloof, possibly due to respect for guests' privacy. Communication could definitely be improved.

My stay at Citadines Metro Central Dubai was a mix of highs and lows. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the metro and numerous dining options nearby. The cleanliness was impressive, thanks in large part to my wonderful housekeeper, Mamita. However, the dining experience fell short, especially regarding the outsourced breakfast, which didn't meet my expectations.
